I’m a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. I help people create rapid and lasting change in their lives. Like many other practitioners my love of this work stems from overcoming my own physical and mental health challenges.

I have seen first-hand the power of the mind-body connection to shift health issues, stabilise the nervous system and restore the body’s natural equilibrium. Our thoughts shape our lives and behaviours. There’s immense power in being able to understand your mind and train it to work for you to get what you want. When you understand the patterns you’ve been running, many of them unconscious, you can begin to change them. NLP puts you in the driver’s seat.

I help people break through limiting beliefs and unconscious blocks using a blend of techniques and transformational coaching - all designed to get to the root of the issue in the fastest and kindest way.

What is NLP?

Neuro = our brain

Linguistic = language

Programming = unconscious habits we have learned

NLP is often described as like having a user’s manual for your mind.

It’s about understanding how our thoughts, language and behaviours are all connected.

The tools and techniques help you to overcome whatever arises in your life and help to free yourself from issues that occurred in your past that are still impacting you now

NLP differs from other therapies in that it looks at what we can do in the present to create change and is focused on how we can influence your future. What’s happened in your past is obviously relevant but we gather just enough information in order to create impactful change rather than revisiting the past in depth looking for clues as to why you think and feel the way that you do

    Step 1

    Book in for a free 20 minute discovery call. We can see if we are a good fit for each other. We will go through any questions you may have (you can see the FAQs here). I’ll explain a bit more about how the mind works and we can discuss what you want to work on

    Step 2

    Choose your session(s). We can do one-offs or a package which is often beneficial to create rapid and lasting change as well as accountability to ensure the new thought-patterns and behaviours are installed and embed deeply

    Tailor your journey. Everybody is different. We can design the coaching program that works for you. Whether that’s contained to just punchy rapid change in 55 min slots or designing additional tasks and tools for you to practice between sessions for even deeper change

Lightning Process

The Lightning Process is an incredibly powerful training program to help to radically shift your health and well-being. Many people have found it beneficial for chronic pain and fatigue issues like ME, CFS and Long Covid. It can also be used for a range of other physical and emotional issues.

You will discover what has been keeping you stuck and learn life-changing tools and techniques that you apply yourself to change how the brain and body influence each other.
